We celebrated with the exchanging of traditional anniversary gifts which this year happened to be leather (1st year was PAPER and 2nd was COTTON). I received a beautiful over night bag (here) and Clay got a belt that cost more than our phone bill (here). And people think that wives are the ones with expensive taste.
We have really become a great team this year and our ability to solve problems have come to be top notch (throw world hunger at us and give us a few hours...we can come up with something). We have been through some stressful times this year including flight school tests, seeking professional help for our infertility, and beginning the process of moving back West. I couldn't have picked a better team mate to accompany me in this game of life (although really it seems to be more of a game of monopoly...that game is INTENSE).
Here is to hoping that the next year will be equally as awesome as this one.
