He had a Birthday Shout Hooray

Clay is now finally 24 years old.  He says that he feels old and he should because when you are 24 you are practically 25 which means that you are half way to 50 which means that you only have a few good years left in you by that point.  Now that I have offended half of the family/friends who read this blog let me say that I am just joking...kinda...but not really.

We did everything that Clay wanted to do that day which included flying a helicopter (which he didn't actually have a choice in that matter), opening gifts and eating great food.  Speaking of great food I got the famous recipe for Red Velvet Cake and it turned out delicious!!  This was of course after we went to his favorite restaurant where he got a Birthday treat.

So thankful that Clay is in my life and that he is willing to let me take pictures of his whole life and put them on a blog to show all of our family and friends.  What a good sport he sure deserved that Red Velvet Cake.
