Each year the Knight family gets together to use our condo at Snowbird. We get it during the off ski season so it is a great excuse to go see the other attractions the resort has to offer. This year it was an extra treat because this weekend also happened to be my mother and father's birthdays.
We spent 3 full days swimming, hiking, eating and just enjoying one another. Clay says this is his favorite Knight family vacation because it is all about relaxing and no running around (which is a nasty habit my family has...which isn't too bad of a habit if you think about other things families do).
We greatly missed Shelby and her family (the kids probably a more than any of us) but we are very excited to see them this Christmas.
It was beautiful every single day and the pool was so warm and air so clean. Being in the mountains is something Clay and I missed while we were living in Alabama but now we get to go there it as often as we like.

I am already looking forward to going next year and taking a long break from the craziness of life.
