All week people were talking about the game and in the newspaper a student put it the most perfect way when he referenced the movie Big Green. He said that we could lose every game this season but all we needed was one win, one time. That kinda became somewhat of a theme for the game. It didn't matter if we lost every game the rest of the season but if we could be BYU one time then that is all that matters.
The stadium was packed and everyone was really pumped. People had signs (some not so nice), flags and everyone was decked out in Aggie Gear. The game started and we scored a touch down and everyone was so happy that we actually scored on the Cougars. We were even more excited with the next two touch downs as we started to realize that we could win this game. Everyone started to chant "I believe that we will win" that would be the epic part of the movie.
Well you know what happened next, the score was 31 to zero but BYU got the ball at the last min and scored. So it wasn't a complete crush but pretty close. I don't think anyone really thought it would actually happen but it did so of course everyone rushed the field!!!
The next day was conference and the boys all when to the Priesthood Session so we had a girls day. It involved shopping and eating out. Here are some pictures from dinner.
Oh man I love my family. We are so much freakin fun (even at Chuck a Rama ha ha). Glad I had my camera to capture so much awesomeness. ha ha
